Specs:
Processor: Intel Core i5
Memory: 8 GB of RAM
Storage: 256 GB SSD
Screen: 15.6 Inches
OS: Windows 10
Benefits:

  • Anybody who plans on doing any amount of gaming is going to have to highly consider the graphics card that is included before purchasing. This XPS model comes with 4 GB of dedicated memory so it can handle most of the newer gaming titles currently on the market
  • This model includes an SSD drive. What does this give you? First, added  performance due to the faster read and write times and second lower power consumption which helps put less strain on the battery
  • Additional security with the included fingerprint reader
  • Comes with the latest and greatest from Microsoft with Windows 10 installed

Downsides:

  • This laptop is far from cheap and will make a serious dent on your wallet
  • For a laptop with such a high price tag we are surprised to see only an Intel Core i5 and a very basic 8 GB of memory
  • Hard drive space is ok but not great with 256 GB available

Verdict:
This laptop carries a huge price tag but lacks some of the higher end components we would expect for this price. The laptop is still built with very high quality material making it great for holding up to the pounding a model device usually takes but you need to determine if you are willing to spend the high price tag for what it offers.
